The Kurtagića dolac is one of the most beautiful valleys on the mountain Kamešnica. It is located on 1460 meters above sea level between the peaks Planinica (1612), Kolebajk (1535) and Trovrsi (1645). It is the only one that has opened gorge facing northeast which makes it magically hidden.

The mountain meadow is long about 350 meters and 150 meters wide. It is surrounded mostly by beech and mix of a beech and pine tree forest.

There is a mountaineering shelter “Edvard Ratelj” in Kurtagića Dolac that was built by mountaineering association Dinaridi.
